We learn how to cook a popular Filipino food dishes, pork afritada. One of the many dishes we cooked in El Nido, Philippines on the island of Palawan. We became regulars at a road side street food stall named “MDC” (Mommy & Daddy’s Canteen). Bert & Lucy are their names and we were up at 5am to help them prepare all the traditional Filipino food for the restaurant for the day.
