On Den Det in 4000 islands (Si Phan Don) It was Lyndon’s birthday and we met a local who was about to prepare a lizard feast! He showed us how to cook lizard in 5 different ways. Now how cool is that?

Some of the dishes we make included soup, lizard lapp/larp and the condiment being blood. One of the dishes was made raw with raw lizard blood and fresh herbs like mint with fresh lime juice.
