W e learn to cook the most popular Vietnamese dish, Banh Xeo at the most famous banh xeo restaurant in all of Vietnam!

banh xeoStraight from the streets of Saigon, we found the most popular place in the entire country to make it! There were many others who tried the dish including Anthony Bourdain from “No Reservations”, but we were the first to actually cook the dish and learn to make it first hand.
